TradingSmart provides training, marketing systems and lead-generation guidance. Unless specifically stated in writing, a fixed number of leads or customers is not guaranteed.
Can I provide stock recommendations?+
The program does not automatically authorize a partner to provide personalized investment advice, research recommendations or portfolio-management services. Such activities may require applicable registrations and compliance.
Can I handle customer trading accounts?+
No. Partners must not request customer passwords, broker credentials, one-time passwords or direct control of customer trading accounts.
