1. Simulation Only — No Real Trading
tradingsmart.ai is a paper trading simulator. All trades, orders, and portfolio values are simulated and use virtual funds. No real money is deposited, invested, or transacted on this platform. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future real-world results.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on tradingsmart.ai constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The platform is for educational and simulation purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real investment decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use tradingsmart.ai. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
5. Broker Integration (Zerodha)
If you connect a Zerodha Kite Connect account, you do so using your own API credentials under your own Zerodha license. tradingsmart.ai acts as a proxy to fetch market data on your behalf. We do not place real orders through your broker account.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
- Free plan features are available without payment.
- Pro and Quant plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@tradingsmart.ai.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Abuse or attempt to circumvent platform limits.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and content is owned by tradingsmart.ai. Your simulation data and custom strategy code remain yours.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
tradingsmart.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of market data, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
tradingsmart.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Since the platform involves no real money, liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 3 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tradingsmart.ai.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
